The floors in the home I purchased were well worn, and very old looking. When I called Black Forest, he came out within a few days to look at the floors and work up an estimate. I had an email from him right away with the estimate and explanation of all the work. I called and set up a date to refinish the floors. I hadn't moved in yet, and would have had to drive three hours to let them in to do their work. I left the key for them, and they came in, did a beautiful job, left the rooms spotless. I was so happy working with Black Forest. Being new to the area and not knowing where to start, I felt so comfortable dealing with the people at Black Forest. The day they came out to see the floors for the first time, he arrived on time, checked out the floors, visiting with me and making me feel very comfortable the whole time. He answered any questions I had, telling me to call if I had more. I felt very good, leaving my key with him. When I returned a week later to move in, the floors were beautiful!!! I just love them!! Everyone thinks I had new floors put down. I want to put wood floors in another room and will call Black Forest Hardwood Floors. I feel they did an excellent job, very good about working around my moving schedule, and having it all perfect when I arrived.
