Licensed Bonded and Insured Hardwood Floors

Licensed Bonded and Insured Hardwood Floors

We are Licensed, Bonded and Insured Hardwood Flooring Company. We maintain Washington State required Workman’s Compensation and all premiums are current.

LICENSING

Licensing ensures your contractor meets state qualifications and protects you as a customer from unscrupulous contractors and scams. If a contractor cannot meet these requirements, the first question should be, “Why?” Just because a contractor advertises in the phone book does not mean that the license is valid. Due diligence is needed by the customer to verify that the contractor license is current. Follow the Department of Labor & Industry’s link to check out your contractor.

WORKMAN’S COMPENSATION

Workman’s Compensation protects the customer from a lawsuit should an employee be injured on the job. If a contractor does not maintain current Workman’s Compensation, a homeowner is at risk. Follow the Department of Labor & Industry’s link and click on Verify Workers’ Comp Premium Status to be sure quarterly premiums have been paid.
