Steve and his crew were simply the best team we've ever had working on or in our home. They did a beautiful job in refinishing our floors following some water damage from a leaking toilet that we didn't notice until to late. They were always on time, and the work was completed when they said it would be. There was virtually no dust to speak of when finished. The insurance company offered to pay for someone to do dust removal, but we declined as it wasn't needed. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Black Forest!
Steve, Sabrina, And Alex were great both in scheduling, talking through the options, but best of all, in the quality of the work they did. The floors (100 year old maple) came out excellent. As you can imagine, they were scarred from use and required careful sanding and finishing. My wife and I really appreciated the care and precision with which the team worked. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to all.
To Steve & Sabrina and the Black Forest Crew:
Mark, Kenny, Greg, Jason, Scott & Breann,
Thank you for 3 weeks of hard work! We noticed some of your eating habits during that time and thought we would help out! You are a wonderful crew to work with and the result is awesome! Thank you for everything - you are true craftsmen!!
Steve and Alex did a beautiful job of re-finishing our hardwood floors. They were both very professional, were considerate and responsive to our concerns. The process was surprisingly dust free. I would readily recommend this company to others. Many thanks, Joe and Ruth
As one of the companies that we worked with on our special home project, we truly respected your work, your help, your professionalism and your craftsmanship. Would you please either send or bring some business cards and/or brochures about your business for us to share and pass along to friends who may be considering similar projects! Please call us if you have any questions and we hope to see you at the open house!!
